1. Location

The first and the important thing in selecting an apartment is choosing the right location. Choose a location where facilities like hospital, school, transportation, shops etc are availabe. If these are not available, no need to think drop it!!

2. Security

Check the place is safe for your family to live. The apartment should have a cctv camera and also have a good security system at the entrance. This requirement is not only in the case of apartment but in all types of settlements.

3. Age of the building.

The building should be in well condition. You should ask about all the licenses, documents etc before you come to an agreement. You should go and verify by yourself or accompanying you with an expert will be better.

4.Maintenance charges

Find out how much is the maintenance charge, what is include and what is excluded. The apartment should be well maintained

5. Checkout the neighbours

Check the neighbour is ok for you. For example, if your apartment is located near a bar that will be a huge problem for you to live. This effect also in the case if you live near by a club or playgrounds etc.
