Simple On page Optimizing Tips
For a web page, optimization is an essential for its existence. Every part of a web page should be well optimized. A web page contains a title, Meta-tag and its contents. Its title should be unique. Duplication should be avoided. It can have up to 55 to 60 characters. It depends on the pixel width which is 512. A title can be of 6 to 7 words but it should not be less than 3 words. One of the main points is that it should be free from spelling mistakes. If there is any errors it loses the credential of that web page and also the trust of the users will also be affected. Suppose one forgot to write the title, then what will happen is that the Google will read from h1 where h1 is its first heading. Suppose if there is no title and h1, then Google will read from h2 which is the second heading.
We give a small description of a web page in its Meta-tag. A Meta-tag can have up to 155 to 160 characters. Its pixel width is 1024. Meta description should be unique. It is from this description, the users get an idea what is in the content of that web page. So it is a main thing that can help to get a click from a user. One of its main terminologies is Click Through Rate (CTR). It is the ratio of users who click on a specific link to the number of total users who view a page, email, or advertisement. CTR rate will be high in the web pages above the list. It depends on a good description in the metatag and is also based on the star ratings. We can add anchor text highlight the description. The advantage in that is, it will be more visible to Google bots.
Another method of optimizing is, we can write some of the words in bold letters to catch the user’s attraction. We can make our focusing keyword bold, so that the user can easily recognize the word they are searching for. This is one of the good optimization methods in content optimization. Next we have to maintain a balance in the keyword density. It should be based on the quantity of the contents. The sentence in the contents should be simple and small. Using the focusing keyword just before coma and a full stop is a good practice in optimization. I hope I provided some good tips.
